3PlayMedia – Transcription & Transcript Editing
3PlayMedia hires transcript editors to work from home. Job duties include transcribing audio and editing imperfect transcriptions.
You get to decide which jobs you’d like to complete. Depending on your speed and efficiency pay is $10-$30 per hour.

Rev.com hires contractors to transcribe audio and video and caption video. Transcriptionists can earn $0.36-$0.65 per audio minute. Captioners earn $0.45 to $0.75 per video minute. (Audio/Video minute is NOT what you’ll actually earn.)

Uber – Driving/Rideshare
Uber is a rideshare company, much like a taxi service. This company allows you to give rides to Uber customers. Everything is done through an app. Your schedule is completely flexible.
To qualify as a driver, you need a valid driver’s license, an eligible car with at least four doors, and have been licensed for at least one year (3 years if under age 23) and have an eligible vehicle. (There may also be more requirements.)

Lyft – Driving/Rideshare
Lyft is another company that allows you to work as a driver on demand.
You must pass several different background checks and inspections. You’ll also need to be at least 21 and have a four-door car that meets their requirements.

DoorDash – Driving/Delivering
With DoorDash you can make deliveries from local merchants to customers.
You must be at least age 18 to qualify. You also need a vehicle, smartphone, insurance, and a clean driving record.

UberEATS – Driving/Delivering
If you’re interested in delivering food you can do so with UberEATS.
To get started you will sign up and download the app. You’ll receive a notification if someone in the area places an order and you can choose whether you want to pick it up and deliver it.
To qualify you must be age 19 or older, have an eligible vehicle, hold a driver’s license with at least one years’ driving experience, and have proof of insurance.

Instacart – In-Store Shopping
If you prefer shopping for and delivering groceries then you might like Instacart.
To qualify you must be at least 18, have access to a vehicle, have a smartphone, and be able to lift up to 40lbs. Pay varies.

Shipt – Shopping & Delivering
Shipt offers a flexible schedule for those wanting to shop and deliver groceries.
To qualify you’ll need to be at least age 18, have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record have car insurance, and a reliable car, year 1997 or newer. Experienced shoppers earn an average of $22/hr.

Fancy Hands – Virtual Assisting
Fancy Hands is a company that contracts assistants to complete tasks. Tasks might include making phone calls, scheduling appointments, researching prices, booking hotels, and more.

BKA content contracts writers to do SEO writing, web content writing, and product description writing. To qualify you have to pass a grammar test and submit two writing samples.
Pay ranges from $8-$18 per hour. You must commit to writing 2,000 words per week but are able to work when you like.
