Trying to get this house ready for sale has become way more time consuming than I thought. So, unfortunately, I still don’t have it ready. Instead of those house pics today I found a post in my drafts I had written a couple weeks ago. I’m hoping I have the house post ready by Monday now 🙂
The world works in mysterious ways.
Every time I get really nervous to do something or feel like I’m super far outside of my comfort zone (which is probably a whole lot more than you think) I remind myself that I’m going to die.
I’m not meaning that in a morbid kind of way, it’s just a fact. It’s inevitable. It’s something that will happen to all of us.
I was actually thinking about this over the weekend – that I should just keep pushing on building my life the way I want, regardless of what other people think.
So when I woke up on Monday morning to an email from Daniel (one of my favorite lists to be subscribed to, btw) and saw the subject line “you’re going to die” it was like……..I don’t know………a little eerie.
The email that he sent pretty much covered my exact thought process on life.
His email was triggered by this post from a guy who went to a funeral of some random person just to observe. (That post is worth a read too.)
It could’ve been some random coincidence that I happened to get that email Monday morning but regardless I felt compelled to remind you………..
Go Build the Life You Want
Please, take charge of your life and build it the way you want it. You have ONE shot to do what you truly want to do.
It’s going to take blood, sweat, and tears to build the life you love but the fun is in the journey. That’s where you grow as a person.
Push yourself outside of your comfort zone. Be okay with looking stupid. Swallow your fear and take that first step to doing what you want.
We ALL deserve to be happy and happiness is in your own hands. Take charge.
Go make somethin happen!

Deep Alexa, deep. But so important to remember!

I needed this right now! So risk-averse, but that’s no way to live life. Thanks for giving me a little bit of courage, Alexa!
Cash In A Snap says
Having a positive attitude creates a state of mind for success and overall health. Choose to see the good in everyone, everything and yourself. Practice patience, and learn the joy of delayed gratification. Are you in a situation where you are burdened with large unexpected expenses and did not know where to raise the money? Take cash advances and be happy.

I so needed this! Death is inevitable. Instead of being scared of that fact, we need to let it motivate us to do something great with our lives!
